Refund policy

Our products purchased via www.amar-khamar.com are non-returnable. However, If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a refund request by writing to +91 93307 42283 within 2 days of delivery. After investigation a refund will be provided by the seller under certain conditions within 30 days of raising the 'refund' request.

For products, which are very fragile in nature, especially Goyna Bori, other types of Bori and Choshi, etc. we recommend to buy from our store or pick-up from our delivery point to avoid damage in transit. For damaged in transit of the above-mentioned products, no refund will be entertained.
