Amloki or Indian gooseberry, the tropical fruit, has been noted for its various health benefits. The fruit high in Vitamin C has been extensively used as an ingredient in various Ayurvedic and folk remedies. The aachar here is more of a jelly in sugar syrup, which increases its shelf-life. The smidge of green cardamom compliments its syrupy goodness.

how to use it
