amar khamar table is inspired by the changing season and locally available produce. The menu draws heavily from Bengalee culinary techniques and wisdom with focus on seasonality and inspirations from around the world.
Expect fresh and clean flavours, fruits and berries, freshwater fish, poultry and of course some known and unknown local greens that come with the season.
Choose from three options with the regular 9-course, a shorter 5-course and a small sampling of the snacks.

What is amar khamar table
amar khamar table grew out of the intention to offer a menu which is diversely seasonal, deliberately focussed on ingredients and designed to minimize wastage.
Being seasonal has been the backbone of menu planning at amar khamar; helping us drive the focus on ingredients, which we try to source from local sources/suppliers/farmers who share the same values as us.
Being ingredient-focussed also allows us to respect every ingredient for what it is, enabling us to minimize wastage. We try to reduce trimmings and discards, using them in ferments and pickling, or dehydrating them, making super rich broths or flavourings out of them, and generally having fun with them: a creative process which we immensely enjoy as well.
The cultural aspect of consumption is also crucial for us; that requires us to get involved with the community or geographical location at that specific point in time.
amar khamar table is not just about farm-to-table eating or an educational culinary experience on sustainability and responsible consumption, it is about being rooted in honesty and transparency with ingredients.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Upon cancellation, you will receive a redeemable voucher that stays valid for the next 6 months. With this voucher, you can postpone your experience at amar khamar table. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

How much are the shipping cost?
The shipping cost vary depending on your cart and location. You will see the shipping cost and available shipping options during check out.
How many days does the shipping take?
The shipping time is between 6-12 days depending on the location. However, due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances, the shipping time might be longer.
Do you ship everywhere?
Almost. We are able to ship to all states except for Andaman & Nicobar, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh. However, you can get in touch with the customer care and we can try to arrange for a special shipment.
Can I return a delivered product?
No. Due to the nature of our products, they are non-returnable. However, if you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a refund request by sending photos of the entire package including the outer box as well as the content writing an email to: contact@amar-khamar.com within 2 days of delivery. Kindly note that we can only replace/refund for the damaged products with photo proofs attached of both the outer package and the contents inside. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of raising the request.
