We love our condiments bitter-sweet. Our Eucalyptus honey brings down the bitterness of thankuni pata (Asiatic pennywort) a couple of notches, while smoothening its herbaceous flavor in a sweet chermoula. The hint of freshness from the honey in the end makes it a cracker.
about the honey
Eucalyptus Honey is a mono-floral variety that is packed with natural sugars. Coming from the eucalyptus blossoms, it gives a good peppermint-y freshness in the end and a strong caramel mouth-feel.
|appearance||Eucalyptus honey is light brown to deep hay-like in colour.|
|you can store the opened jar in a dark, moist-free place away from direct sunlight. If the temperature drops a bit, the honey might crystallize, which is normal; gentle heat will bring it back to a more liquidy consistency|
what you can cook with it
It suits herbaceous and gamey flavours well: drizzle some of it on a pesto or any other herby condiment or glaze it on some game meat.
